Terms of service
GoFrontage, operated by Clean and Green Lifestyle Pty Ltd (ABN 93 166 779 200).
Last updated: 16 June 2026
These terms govern your use of GoFrontage. Please read them — by creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using GoFrontage on behalf of a business or other entity, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity, and "you" means both you and that entity.
GoFrontage is admin software — not legal, financial, or property-management advice. It helps you keep your leases, key dates, and records in order. It does not replace advice from a lawyer, accountant, licensed agent, or other professional. Always check your own legal and tax obligations.
GoFrontage does not process rent or any tenant payments. Rent invoices generated in GoFrontage are records and reminders only. We do not take, hold, or move money between you and your tenants. Any payment your tenant makes is made directly to you (for example, by EFT) outside GoFrontage.
1About GoFrontage
GoFrontage is a software service for self-managing commercial and residential landlords. It provides a lease and document vault, automatic key-date reminders (such as lease expiry, option-to-renew, rent review, and insurance), insurance-certificate chasing, tenant meter-reading collection, tenant communications, and rent invoicing as records.
The service is operated by Clean and Green Lifestyle Pty Ltd, ABN 93 166 779 200, of 13 Nuban St, Currumbin QLD 4223, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@gofrontage.com.
2Your account
To use GoFrontage you create an account, sign in by one-time email link, and may invite team members under your subscription. You are responsible for:
- keeping your sign-in email secure and your contact details current;
- everything done under your account and by anyone you invite to your organisation; and
- making sure your team members keep to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or where required by law.
3Subscriptions, billing, and Stripe
GoFrontage is a paid subscription. Plans differ by the number of leases and team members you need — not by feature. Current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and in your account; all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Solo introductory offer
The Solo plan starts at $1 per month for your first three months, then automatically continues at $9 per month unless you cancel before the introductory period ends. The introductory price applies once per customer.
Monthly and annual billing
You can pay monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed up front for twelve months and are offered at a discount (broadly, two months free compared with paying monthly). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Payments via Stripe
Card payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details — Stripe does, as a PCI-DSS-compliant processor. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your nominated payment method for your plan and any add-ons (such as SMS credit packs) until you cancel.
Add-ons
Some features, such as SMS notices to tenants, are metered paid add-ons. SMS is drawn from prepaid credits and is not bundled free into any plan. Email to tenants is included at no additional charge.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or limit your account until it is paid. We may change plans, prices, or add-on rates with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a current paid period you have already been charged for.
4Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel:
- your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then does not renew;
- we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period, including annual plans, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law;
- the $1 introductory months are non-refundable; and
- add-on purchases such as SMS credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law, and our liability limits below do not reduce those non-excludable rights.
5Rent invoices are records, not payments
GoFrontage lets you generate, send, and track rent invoices. These invoices are informational records and reminders only. We want this to be unmistakable:
- GoFrontage does not collect, process, hold, escrow, or remit rent or any other tenant money;
- marking an invoice "paid" is a record you make — it does not move any money and does not confirm a payment was received;
- your tenant pays you directly (for example, by EFT to your nominated account) outside GoFrontage; and
- you are responsible for the accuracy of every invoice — amounts, GST treatment, your ABN, references, and your bank details.
We are not a party to the tenancy or to any payment between you and your tenant, and we are not a payment service, money remitter, or trust-account provider.
6Acceptable use
You agree to use GoFrontage lawfully and only for managing your own properties and tenancies. You must not:
- upload or store data you do not have the right to handle, or use the service to breach anyone's privacy or other rights;
- send unlawful, misleading, harassing, or unsolicited communications to tenants or anyone else, or breach the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) or the Do Not Call Register rules;
- upload malware, attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, or get around our security, rate limits, or access controls;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own, or use it to build a competing product;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the service except as permitted by law; or
- use the service in a way that puts us in breach of any law or any third-party processor's terms.
We may set fair-use limits (for example, on storage, email, or API requests) to keep the service stable for everyone.
7Your data and your tenants' data
You own your data. As between you and us, you keep all rights in the content you put into GoFrontage — leases, documents, contacts, meter and maintenance records, invoices, and anything else. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and support the service.
You are responsible for your tenants' personal information
GoFrontage stores personal information about your tenants and other contacts (names, contact details, lease, meter, and maintenance data, and uploaded documents) because you put it there. For that information, you are the entity that decides what is collected and why, and you are responsible for:
- having a lawful basis to collect, upload, and store that information, and to use GoFrontage to handle it;
- telling your tenants, as your own privacy obligations require, that their information is held in GoFrontage and how it is used;
- only uploading information you actually need for managing the tenancy; and
- responding to your tenants' own requests about their information, except where we must respond directly.
We act as a service provider handling that information on your behalf and under your instructions. Our own privacy commitments are set out in the privacy policy.
Export and deletion
You can export your data (for example, lease and invoice CSV exports and your uploaded documents) at any time while your account is active. You can delete records, and you can delete your account. When you delete your account we remove or de-identify your organisation's data within the timeframe described in the privacy policy, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations.
8The tenant portal
GoFrontage gives each tenancy a private, link-based ("tokenised") portal so your tenants can submit meter readings, upload certificates such as insurance, and view notices — without creating an account. This means:
- access to a tenant portal is controlled by an unguessable link, not a password — treat each portal link as confidential and share it only with the right tenant;
- you are responsible for sending the right link to the right person and for revoking or regenerating it if it is shared in error; and
- anything a tenant submits through the portal is added to your organisation's data and is subject to these terms and the privacy policy.
9Third-party services
GoFrontage relies on trusted third-party providers to run. These currently include Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and security), Stripe (subscription payments), Resend (transactional and tenant email), and Mobile Message (SMS notices). Their handling of data is covered in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages, acts, or omissions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control, though we will choose reputable providers and act reasonably to keep the service running.
10Availability and changes
We aim to keep GoFrontage available and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, update features, or change how the service works. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice; if we do, we will give you a fair chance to export your data.
11Intellectual property
GoFrontage, including its software, design, brand, and the "GoFrontage" name and logo, belongs to Clean and Green Lifestyle Pty Ltd. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. They do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
12Disclaimers and "no warranty"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFrontage is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In particular:
- we do not warrant that reminders, invoices, calculations, or stored data are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose — you must check anything you rely on;
- key-date reminders are a helpful prompt, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for meeting your own deadlines and obligations; and
- nothing in GoFrontage is legal, tax, financial, or property-management advice.
These disclaimers do not exclude any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
13Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, however it arises;
- we are not liable for a missed deadline, lapsed option, penalty, or loss arising because you relied on the service instead of your own records and professional advisers; and
- our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and a failure relates to services, our liability for breach of a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied — to the extent the law allows that limitation.
14Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your handling of your tenants' or others' personal information in breach of your own obligations.
15Suspension and termination
You may stop using GoFrontage and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully, or if we must do so by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; the sections on data, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts that hear appeals from them.
17Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or in the app) before it takes effect. Continuing to use GoFrontage after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
